About Us

Our journey began in 2019, a year that changed our lives forever. My father suffered a massive stroke, an experience that was not only traumatic for our family but also for everyone who loves and cares for him. The emotional toll was immense, and it highlighted a critical gap in the healthcare experience—especially during emergencies.

In those tense hours, we realized how vital it is to stay connected with loved ones. The stress of medical procedures is not just felt by patients but extends to their families, who often wait anxiously for updates. We wanted to create a solution that would alleviate some of that stress, making the hospital experience more manageable for everyone involved.

That's why we founded PTM. Our mission is clear: to massively improve the patient experience in hospitals. We recognized that one of the biggest challenges during hospital stays is the difficulty of staying connected, particularly when it comes to mobile devices. Traditional charging options can be inadequate or inconvenient, leaving patients and families feeling isolated.

PTM addresses this issue head-on by offering a mobile, low-cost solution. We provide rental devices that patients can take with them during their hospital stay, ensuring they can stay connected without the worry of charging their phones. Once they no longer need the device, they simply return it, making the process seamless and stress-free.

For us, PTM is more than just a business; it’s a commitment to improving the emotional well-being of patients and their families during some of life’s most challenging moments.
